As we approach the 57th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act, the only constant is change: a new year, a new administration and new leadership at HUD and DOJ mean change is on the way. As managers, we’re responsible for knowing, understanding and applying the old and new to ensure compliance with the requirements of the FHA.
